RoofingPrincess Posted February 19, 2007 #2 Share Posted February 19, 2007 sorry, we were too busy making the difficult choice between all the yummy dishes to photograph the menues! But I can tell you.... Saturday (Ft Lauderdale) is casual Sunday (at sea) is the first formal night & one of the appetizers was escargot (we loved it!) Monday (San Juan) is casual/Caribbean Tuesday (St Maarten) is casual/Country & Western Wednesday (Antigua) is smart casual. We had heard that Wednesday is the usual day for the Murder Mystery in Portofino, but it was deferred to Thursday on our cruise since Wed was Valentine's Day Thursday (St Thomas) is casual/50's & 60's Friday (at sea) is the second formal night & that's when the fisherman's platter (a/k/a Lobster Night) and prime rib were served Saturday (Nassau) is casual We did not see anyone "theme dressing" for Country & Western or 50's & 60's other than the cruise director's staff in the dance venues after dinner. The breakfast & lunch menues in the Tides dining room were the same every day but there were items on the lunch menu that were new since my Explorer cruise in June. The Nasi Goreng was delicious, as were the open-faced steak sandwich on foccacia bread and the banana chocolate crunch for dessert!
