Adventure Ocean on Labadee

I understand that AO has activiest on Labadee. Does anyone have info on what and when?

DD (7 yo) can only handle about 2 hours on the beach before she gets bored and restless. I plan an hour or so at the waterpark, but I would love an hour or so of ME time laying on the beach or maybe arranging a spa massage on the beach.

Thanks for any Info you can give me.

We went to Labadee in April (and we will be going back in a few weeks)- my sons did not go to AO on the island, but here is the schedule of activities for the day we were there:

9:00 Adventure Beach Morning

9:30 Sand Castle Creation

9:45 Beach Soccer

10:15 Parachute Games

10:45 Water Balloon Flinch

11:00 What time is it Mr. Squirt?

11:20 Adventure Science: Water Rocket Launch

11:40 Pick up kids

11:45 Family Water Balloon Toss

1:00 Adventure Beach Afternoon

1:15 Sandcastles and Rivers

1:30 Adventure Science: Labadactyl Eggs

1:45 Drip Drip Drop

2:00 Creative Creations: Picture Frames

2:30 Sandcastle Volcano

2:45 Afternoon Wrap-up

3:00 pick up kids

Hope this helps- the Compass also reminds you about sunscreen, but it did look like there was some shade in the OA area.

A non-beachy diversion for the whole family is a walk out to dragon's breath- the ocean and air going through the rock formations sounds

like a sleeping dragon, and there is a nice view of the island and ocean. There was a guy up there who offered to take a picture of the whole family, nice, but we didn't have any cash on us for a tip for him.

Have a great time!

Thanks, that really helps. Sounds like there is some really good stuff for her to do.

I went back and looked at our compass from the last time we were there (without her), and could not find anything. There was a little blurb on the Labadee sheet that said the program was available and to check your compass, but nothing in the compass.

Your information is exactly what I was looking for.
