Can anyone tell me where to find the Maitre d when we first board the ship thanks.

I think he and members of his staff set up in the Lounge, just outside the entrance to the restaurant.

Usually, the Rendez-Vous Lounge, Promenade Deck, Port Side.

As Bob mentioned, above, the Maitre 'd and an asst usually set up near the entrance to the dining room at about 2:00pm, to make adjusments to the seating charts. If you have an issue with your early/late seating, or want to change tables, that is the time to take care of your problem. If in doubt, when you board the ship just ask at customer relations about when and where you can see the Maitre 'd.

I asked one of the waiters who greeted us with champaigne when we boarded. He immediatly walked me there and checked me in on the waiting list.

The times he is available should also be listed in your program for the first day(but get there earlier, if you can).
