Jungle Cruise Info

Has anyone ever taken the 2.5 hour speedboat cruise thru Jungle Cruises at Seahorse Marina in Key West? It looks pretty interesting at their site, but I would like to hear of any first hand experiences.

Thanks for any info you can provide.

We did this excurison in 02. We had to grab taxi's to stock island to get to their marina. Not sure what the marina was called. It was well worth the money! We got out into the open water and they took off and we all followed. Some areas that we went through had a lot of seaweed that got into the props and they had to reverse engines to rid the prop of the mess. That took some time. The snorkeling portion of the trip was not good snorkeling but it was refreshing to get into the water after being in the hot sun. Water noodles served as our life vest. We did the noon tour. Our ship was at anchor so we feared signing up for the 9am session. We had a thread going and 4 couples decided to sign up for this tour. Small compartment in boat for a few items.

They had lockers at the marina where we could lock up our belongings. We would consider doing this again in the future.
