pedsnurse Posted February 25, 2007 #1 Share Posted February 25, 2007 Can anyone tell me if there are actual stairs to climb up to see the falls or do you have to navigate up the rocks? I have a bad knee, the stairs would be ok bit I don't think I can climb the rocks. I really would love to see the Falls though. Help. Capt_BJ Posted February 26, 2007 #2 Share Posted February 26, 2007 yes - there are stairs along the falls. for the most part they are right next... there are a couple of overlook platforms and a couple of places where there are stairs so one can exit the falls in the middle - or use them to enter one of the intermediate pools / flat areas to get wet. You enter the park at the top of the falls area and can walk all the way down to the beach area via the stairs. Its more of a path with stairs where needed..... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunn's_River_Falls http://www.sandalspictures.com/dr2002/dunns.river.falls.htm
