Inspiration Cat 11

I just found out my guar balc on the 4/23 5 nite Inspiration cruise is a Cat 11 room V42. This is the first suite right next to the elevator. My question, I noticed there is only one elevator on this deck and there is a pool at the other end. Am I going to have to listen to a huge amount of traffic noise with people off and on the elevator? Am wondering if I should try to upgrade to a Cat 12, what are your thoughts? Plus this is an obstructed cabin to boot. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Never been on this Carnival boat.

It looks like your cabin is below the spa. If it were me I'd upgrade to a cat 12 because the cabin will be 100 sq ft larger & the balcony is 40 sq ft larger. My last sailing was on the Elation & when I compared the sizes of both categories of suites I discovered that the cat 11 cabins had the same sq footage as balcony rooms on larger ships.

 

I thought that I should be getting more for my money...
