Take a cab. It's the dock is on the same street as the airport and it's less than 2 miles away. There will be a line of cabs outside the airport. If you fly in the day of the cruise and you're on the left side of the plane you will be able to see your ship right before you land.

By Plane

For those arriving to San Diego by air, the terminal is a 10-minute ride from San Diego International Airport. An area devoted for taxicab pick-up is located just outside of the baggage claim areas of the airport’s two main terminals and commuter terminal.

The cab is a breeze. Some people might think it is such a short distance, they just as soon walk. BUT DON"T! Harbor Blvd. is awful to walk down and in a cab, they take you through the gate right up to the ship. Much better this way. Just CHECK THE BACK SEAT before the cab takes off!!!!!!
