How quick to get off ship in Aruba

city

Recommended Posts

I was wondering how long it has taken past passengers to get off the ship in Aruba. We want to book an outside tour(not ships) and need to plan if we will be able to get there in time. We need at least a half hour for a cab ride. Did everyone get off at the same time or did they just let the ships tours off first? If you weren't on a tour how long did it take you to plant your feet on the pier? Anyone????

You are docked so as soon as the ship clears all passengers can get off. All the tours met in a building away from the ship. Since there is no tendering involved tour pass should not get preference to get off the ship. We got off early to do some shopping and returned for lunch before our afternoon tour.

The part that slows everyone down is the picture taking, you can skip that.

Aruba is a beautiful island, enjoy your tour. Make sure you take an ID they checked everyone before you could get back into the port area. Cabs are just a couple min from the ship.
