Try Carnival or RCCL, they do shorter cruises, I believe Princess only does these as repo's

The Monarch of the Seas currently does the RC's Baja Mexico cruise, leaving from San Pedro (the Port of LA). The Paradise currently does Carnival's Baja cruise, leaving from Long Beach. Usually they leave on Mondays and Fridays, going to Ensenada on the 3-day ones and Ensenada and Catalina Island on the 4-day (the MOS also visits San Diego).

Yes, there are three and four day cruises out of San Pedro and Long Beach. San Pedro is now part of LA and I know Carnaval shows departures from Long Beach as LA.

 

We are going on a four day cruise out of Long Beach in April.
