Tourism Village, what's it like?

After our private excursion, we thought we might look around alittle. Can someone please explain to me how it's set up and what's there and how the prices were? thanks for your time!

It is small with maybe 30 to 40 shops. One side is where the pier is and the other side the entrances to the village are controlled by security. I didnt really see anything I just had to have other than a t-shirt.
