Princess vs. RC with a 2 & 3-year-old cruising to Alaska

I am planning a family cruise to Alaska over the summer with my 2 toddlers (age 2 and 3) and would appreciate feedback from previous toddler families who have cruised with RC and Princess. RC has toddler clubs and activities for my 2-year-old and Princess does not. My 3-year-old is out of diapers and can participate in programs on both ships. My concern is that there won't be enough to keep my youngest entertained. Is there anything for toddlers to do on the ship outside of playing the cabin? Are the Alaskan ports of call interesting to the youngest of travelers?
