Tampa airport to pier

Does anyone know how much a taxi cost to get from the Tampa airport to the pier? Going in May have never flown into or left from Tampa. Also how long of a ride to the pier? Thanks:(

A cab to the pier costs around $22. It should take 15 to 20 minutes to arrive.

Go over to the Gulf port departures, there is tons of info there. Living in the area I have no reason to take a cab, can't help there. But I can tell you that cabs will be readily available right outside the baggage claim at TIA, and the ride isn't more than 25 min max. Have a great cruise!

We have booked our flight from Detroit 03/25/07 and have not pre-arranged transportation. We get it at about 11am.

 

Is there a way we can send our luggage directly to the ship and then take a Taxi to go shopping and then taken a taxi to the port?

 

I understand the fare from the airport to the pier is $22 also and takes about 10 minutes. Checkout Mapquest with this information:

Depending on traffic. A weekend will probably not be a problem.
