Bamacruz'n Posted March 11, 2007 #1 Share Posted March 11, 2007 Has anyone ever heard of Mr. Sanchez's? I think it is some kind of resort in Cozumel and I heard you could use their pool and other things for free. If you have any info. about this place...then I would love to hear about it.:D
hstrybuf Posted March 11, 2007 #2 Share Posted March 11, 2007 http://www.cozumelinsider.com/Beaches Look down on the list for Mr. Sancho's. Of course my personal favorite is Paradise Beach.
QTgas Posted March 11, 2007 #3 Share Posted March 11, 2007 We went there on our Christmas cruise. We were just walking around town and after visiting a Wal Mart type store (kinda fun with prices in pesos and different products than in the Midwest) we asked a cab driver to take us to a beach. Mr Sanchez's had a few shops, a few restaurants and very good beach side service. It had a small pool and showers also. It was a $20 ride for the 6 of us and was about 10 minutes away I think. Lots of cabs to take us back to the pier. Very relaxing and one of the highlites of the entire week...:) Maybe because of the buckets of beer or just because we were there with the kids and no phones , work etc. Would do it again. LHP Posted March 11, 2007 #4 Share Posted March 11, 2007 Mr. Sanchos is a beach club south of Paradise Beach. We have been there several times before Wilma. They lost about 50ft of their beach in Wilma so their area is narrow...but still operational. Like Paradise Beach, they do not charge an entrance fee. They just expect you to eat/drink $10.00 a person while you are there. Good food and good drinks. They used to also have a small pool and I am sure it is probably still there. Kurbanfan Posted March 11, 2007 #5 Share Posted March 11, 2007 Mr Sanchos is our favorite in Cozumel. We like it better then Paradise because it's not as crowded. Great beach area, great service what else can you ask for LOL!

Hemisphere Dancer Posted March 11, 2007 #7 Share Posted March 11, 2007 QTGas, I'm originally from Spfld, too but now living in sunny FL. That last ice storm had me running for the beach!
