Early debarkation time in Miami?

Does anyone know the early debarkation time in Miami if you carry off your own luggage? It seems to me it was around 9:30am. We'll be on the Triumph in October and I want to get my airfare to Miami. Last year we spent hours sitting at the Miami airport..this year since we are traveling with seniors, I want to make it as easy as possible on them.

From personal experience the last two times in Miami, they called for express debarkation passengers at around 7:30 am.
