Pearl 3-16, should I be concerned?

I booked a bar set up a while ago. They said it would be charged to my credit card 7 days prior to sailing.

 

I sail Friday, and I have no charge on my credit card. Should I be concerned???

We sailed on the Pearl on Feb 2 and charge for our bar set up hit my charge card on Feb 1.
