Formal Nights On Voyager Med. Cruise

Any ideas on what nights will be the formal nights on our Med. cruise on the Voyager? Here's our itinerary:

 

Day 1 7:00 P.M. - Depart Barcelona

Day 2 10-8 - Villefranche, France

Day 3 7-7 - Livorno, Italy

Day 4 7-7 - Civitavecchia, Italy

Day 5 7-7 - Naples, Italy

Day 6 7-5 - Palermo, Sicily

Day 7 - Sea Day

Day 8 - 5:00 A.M. - Arrive Barcelona

 

I can't imagine them having formal nights on nights we won't get back to the ship until 7-8 p.m. since they couldn't do a reception and two seatings..as well as shows.. or do they do it and hope that some people come back to the ship early?
