love2fish Posted March 16, 2007 #1 Share Posted March 16, 2007 Hello, I have ordered two items from the Gifts & Gear section...one being the photo album and another a bottle of champaigne to be delivered to our cabin. I received an email from RCI stating that they received my order and that it is confirmed unless I hear from them. My question is why then do these items NOT appear in my reservation but my excursion does?? Thanks for the help. :)

DivineDivia Posted March 16, 2007 #3 Share Posted March 16, 2007 This has nothing to do with the OP's ? but I saw you were in Indy. I used to live there. I miss it!

I am glad that they don't show up on the reservation. I often order gifts as surprises for my traveling customers and want my gift to them to be a surprise. People who travel together often order a surprise gift from one to the other...... Don't want those showing up either.

I've done this a couple of times. very fast response
ifaas Posted March 16, 2007 #6 Share Posted March 16, 2007 I wondered the same thing but then realized it's to keep it a surprise. I ordered the champagne and strawberries to surprise my DH and was a little worried about if we would get them or not, but when we opened the door to our stateroom, there they were. Hope ya'll have a wonderful cruise!
