First night on the Wind - pool party?

For you recent Wind cruisers - is there a Sail-Away party/BBQ on the first night and if so, do you know when things started getting crowded on the pool deck? We are trying to figure out a place to get together for a CruiseCritic meet and greet.

Last time we were on Wind, Aloha Pool party started at 6:30pm. BBQ started at 5:30. The crowd was spread out on decks 11 and 12 so there was plenty of room.
