I know that I had planned to go on the Explorer (had to cancel for scheduling conflicts) but when I was looking at everything that ship had for the kids I was impressed. teachnh Posted March 20, 2007 #3 Share Posted March 20, 2007 I haven't been on the RCCL Explorer with kids but we were on the Carnival Liberty in January and LOVED it. We have four kids (6,6,4,2) so I can't tell you which is better I could only tell you what we experienced. The kids loved the water slide, Camp Carnival, the shows.... too much to list.
