I have an OV guaranteed room, and was wondering how they will handle the luggage tag procedure for that. Do I get tags in advance, since I don;t know what room I will be in. Kinda confusing.

You get them from one of the porters. They have a master list of who's in what cabin.

So they'll know before I do, as to what room I'm in.

If they assign you a cabin prior to sending out your Cruise Documents, you'll get the luggage tags with them. If not, they will send you some Generic Grayish ones that you would leave the Cabin # blank on, then when you check your luggage at the pier, your baggage handler will have access to the manifest and he can find your cabin # for you. Just add the Cabin # to those gray tags, and you're done....pretty simple.
