Eastern Caribbean or West Coast

We just returned from the March 10 Western Caribbean cruise!! It was great fun!! We absolutely love Disney and are a little afraid to try another line. (Heard stories of huge numbers of spring breakers and intoxicated guests!)

We have booked a west coast cruise for June 08 but since we live closer to Florida than Colifornia and we love Castaway Cay I am having second thoughts. Maybe an Eastern Caribbean in March 08?

Any thoughts???

By the way . . . Thanks everyone who helped us decide where to eat and what to do on this last cruise. Cruise Critic provided lots of insight!!

I would go with the Eastern Caribbean. The Mexican Riviera is much like the Western Caribbean, IMO. The vendors and crafts over along Cabo and Mazatlan are almost identical to those in Cozumel. The Eastern route gives you a different flavor of ports. Either one would be fun, though, because it's Disney.

Good luck making your choice.

We did a 7 day eastern this past Oct., and re-booked to do it again. St. Thomas is really beautiful, and St. Marteen, was nice also. The three days at sea were really great. We personally like the at sea days, and some persons like more at port days. And in late October the weather wasn't oppresively hot, real nice comfortable days. Metrowon
