Need advice on snorkeling excursions

Hi:

I would love some opinions on which snorkeling trip to take in Belize.

We are on the NCL Sun and am considering their excursion to Shark/Ray Alley and Ambergris. Wondering how long to the destination, how much time on Ambergris and how was the experience. NCL also offers the catamaran beach and snorkel trip. What island does it go to, and do you have to tender first to pick up the catamaran and where is the drop off at tour completion.

Finally, also considering Coral Breeze tour to Caye Caulker.

Any thoughts would be great.

We leave on April 8.
