Speed boat excursion in cozumel

My BF is very excited by just the sound of this excursion. Has anyone tried it? How was it? Could you explain? Is there a tour company other than RCCL that offers this. Neither of us has ever drove a boat before, but they only require a drivers liscense. Is it safe? Thanks guess I am a little worried because I am a non-swimmer:o .

My DH and I did this excursion with Hideaway in August. Those boats fly! I didn't drive just a passenger,it was crazy fun. The beach was nice but lunch was hampered by flys(food so so). Darling Raccoons on the beach though lots of great pictures. You are in the boats for quite awhile following each other where lots of sunscreen;) .
