Labadee Zip line

Has anyone heard when the zip line is going to be completed?

When we were there on March 7th, they were saying about two more weeks. I know someone who is on the Brilliance and would have been there yesterday, so when they get back I'll check and see if it was open for them.

It is a canopy tour. A cable that goes from tree to tree and you get hooked up and zip.

Although in the case of Labadee the zipline will run over the water from up in the hills to the other end of the beach! I am wondering how much they will charge for this..

If you do a search someone posted some pictures of it getting very close to being done.

I was one who had no idea what a zip line was, either!!! Now that I know...I know it's something that I'd never want to do in my lifetime!:eek: Hey, I never even did Dunn's River Falls...of our group of 19, it was me, 2 aunts in their 80's, and a friend who just had a cast removed from a broken ankle who stood on the sidelines! Somebody gotta take the pictures!:D

ooooh seen nothing about this - no option under the excursions to book for september???
