Website for independent excursions in Coz?

Hey Guys & Gals, I found alot of independent local operators of excursions for Grand Cayman but don't seem to have much choice for Cozumel. Am I missing something? Looking for a cheaper option than the cruise ship is giving me. Plan to spend the morning at Paradise Beach and eat lunch but then want a cool excursion in the afternoon, like the semi submersible or submarine! Is there really a big difference in what you can see on these 2 vessels? Because there sure is a difference in price. Sub is twice as much! Thanks for any help

First time cruiser, Donna

Also http://www.cozumelmycozumel.com/index.htm , our friends at Cozumel Mini-golf http://geocities.com/smallsal/minigolf/index.html then another list of tours at http://www.cometocozumel.com/ .
