Question for people recently off Serenade.

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Both my best friend and I got sick the last night of the cruise. No, not the dreaded stomach virus(Which I have never gotten) but an upper respiratory infection that gave me a fever on the way home, and now a cough and larangitis. I actually had to miss work today! We noticed a number of people coughing on some of our tours, and especially on the plane going home. This is the first time this has happened to me.

A few years ago my hubby came off a cruise with similar complaints. He needed anantibiotic to shake it. I noticed others coughing on the ship. I think it is just another of those illnesses that happen when a lot of people are congregated in a relatively small area. It is not as incapacitating as the Norovirus and so does not get so much publicity.

Hope you feel better soon!
