I believe those are the initials Princess uses. That's to distinguish it from the Crown Princess or any other ships that start with the letter C.

 

Yes they are the initials Princess uses to distinguish one ship from another. I believe CP is the Coral Princess.

Not sure of the accuracy, as I copied this from another source. I note, the Crown and the Emerald are not listed, so there are probably changes.

 

The official designators are:-

CB - Caribbean Princess

CO - Coral Princess

CP - Sea Princess

 

Here are the rest, as they appear on the Princess website:-

DI - Diamond Princess

NP - Golden Princess

AP - Grand Princess

SA - Sapphire Princess

TP - Star Princess

DP - Dawn Princess

IP - Island Princess

SP - Sun Princess

PA - Pacific Princess

GP - Regal Princess

RP - Royal Princess

TA - Tahitian Princess
