Beach/resort recommendations for Grand Cayman?

We have not been to Grand cayman in several years.

Does anyone have a recommendation on where top spend the day?

We want to go to 7 mile beach and spend the day where there is a bar, restaurant, restrooms, watersports etc.

We would even consider day passes if available at a hotel / resort.

I don't know of any day passes in GC, but many people have talked about going to the nice hotels on 7 mile beach. Many CCers have said that they went to a nice hotel on 7 mile beach and walked right through as if they were one of the guests there. They paid for everything with cash before they got a chance to ask for a room number so they could put it on their hotel bill. I've read several threads saying that they did this at the "Westin" hotel on 7 mile beach.

You might even call the Westin or any other hotel or resort you're interested in. I've noticed that hotels don't advertise their all inclusives on their websites. I am doing an all inclusive at a resort in Jamaica. The all inclusive was not mentioned on their website, but when I called them directly they told me all about it. :D I guess that these nice hotels don't want someone to stay at a real cheap hotel to save money and then just use the all inclusive day pass at their hotel.

You could also do a search on " Grand Cayman all inclusive hotels" here on the CC boards. I have found a lot of good information by just doing a search on the topic I was interested in. I like to hear of other people's discussions and reviews on the topic before I make a decision. The search button is at the top of the page and is just like doing a regular search on your computer. I hope this helps.:)
