Legend Cabin 6281 (8-E) worth trading up?

currently have aft cabin 8-c booked based on posts here (thought it would be nice to watch tampa sail away).

 

when checking prices today, noticed one of the extended 8-e cabins (with longer deck?) has opened up; wondering if I should change?

 

Assume the lifeboats on lower decks impede water view & wall where the aft cabins begin/jut out curtail portion of view too; just seems like alot of deck space to enjoy.:)

 

Not sure if it's HC designated; would hate to get bumped (we do have a hc parking placard but not about to jump thru the hoops as to doctors filling out forms, etc. to present to cruise line - which is what was required on DCL; assume Carnival is the same?).
