Has anyone on the Ryndam 3/15-23 Cruise Received a Refund Yet?

Just wondering if anyone has received the "cash back credit" for the two lost days of the the ten day cruise? I have contacted my TA several times but DH and I have not received anything yet. We are not sure what to do next. Any comments? Thank you in advance.
