I've been upgraded!!!!

DCL called this morning and said we have been upgraded from our Cat 7 room to a Cat 4 room! Woo hoo!!!!! We sail next week!

How was the upgrade? Do you have to pay in full before you are elligable to be chose for a free upgrade?

Yes, as it gets closer to your cruising date DCL will sometimes shift rooms around to open up the cheaper cabins and upgrade the paid guest....

There is no way of figuring this out. It is pure luck.
