May 6- Mariner of the Seas Western- excursion questions

We are leaving next week for a family cruise on Mariner - may 6th fresh out of dry dock !!! whoohoo..

Issue is, travelling with me (5.5 mos preggy, husband) in one room, 4.5 year old twins and babysitter in another room. What excursions can I actually do on the western route ? (labadee, cozumel, ocho rios and grand cayman)

 

My hubby is very sensitive to my um..condition but I Really feel great and feel very strong and healthy! I cannot just sit on a beach all day! besides, we honeymooned at Ocho Rios so we dont really want to go back there is it silly to just stay on the boat all day?
