Viewing the liberty of the Seas in Bayonne, NJ?

I just found out that the liberty of the Seas will be at the dock from 8am until 5pm on Sunday May 6th. Im not sure about the other days that she is in port while in NJ.

How close can we get to her without a ticket?

Is there any places we coud stand to see her better?

Can't wait for July 28th!!!
