Approx cost of taxi from downtown Miami to pier???

It seems a couple of the rental car agencies DO have free shuttles from the Miami Airport to the Miami Cruise Pier. But I'm guessing that is maybe a 20 minutes drive (or more if the shuttle makes allot of stops). Yes?

 

So, at the moment, I have set up the rental car reservation to return the car to Avis's DOWNTOWN MIAMI location (on 2nd street).

 

Can anyone tell me the approximate cost of a TAXI from downtown to the cruise pier? It's only about 5 or 10 minutes drive -- yes?

Yes, you are right. Its about a 10 minute ride. Shouldn't be more than like $5 or $10
