I don't know if this is taboo to mention this on this board, but we just made final payment for 4-night cruise on Fantasy for October. Total for 2-inside cabins for family of 5 was $1600.00. Good deal? Average?

October is a good month to sail regarding LOWER CRUISE FARES, and it appears that this may be an average fare if including port charges/taxes, but w/out knowing the sail date and category stateroom, I can only make an assumption. If you check CCL's website and see lower fares than you have paid, you can contact your TA for a possible onboard credit or upgrade in the fare difference.
