Which Snorkel Excursion Grand Cayman?

Hi there,

 

We'll be visiting Grand Cayman next April on Royal Caribbean and were wondering which snorkel excursion is best? (Not interested in Sting Ray City btw). We're thinking of the catamaran sail and snorkel through the ship, but are open to non-ship tours as well. Let me know what you've enjoyed when you have a moment.
