Spa treatments-when and which ones?

I have been saving my Disney Dream Dollars from my Chase card for Spa treatments on a Disney Cruise. When is the best time to get them (early in the day, mid or later? Early in the cruise, the middle or end?) and what are the best ones and most value for your dollar?

I think it depends on the length of your cruise, dining rotation, and whether or not you want to be alone.

If you want to splurge I suggest the 50 minute couples massage in a private cabana on Castaway Cay. You over look the beach on the adult side. Expensive but I'm glad me and the wife booked it.
