Carnival Valor Coral Cay Snorkel

We are doing the Carnival excursion Coral Cay Snorkel. It is listed as being 5.5 hours. Does anyone know if you can come and go as you like, or if you have to stay the whole time?

The Coral Cay Beach Break says that there is ongoing transportation. But the Snorkel did not.

I went to coral cay withiout a tour. It was o.k., but I wasn't impressed. Tabayana beach is better, and I hear the snorkeling is good too.
