My DD(was 13) and DH did 5 of these for our last trip (we did some for another family cruising at the same time). It took a few to get it right, so if you have a hobby lobby nearby, catch them when they have the white T-shirts on sale for half price :)

 

Another thing we did was make a different T-shirt for everyday (with iron on transfers) with our posting names on the back, and what day of the cruise it was. We used them as swimsuit coverups. We had a lot of the staff looking for us each day to see what the "new" t-shirt was going to be. The last day the backs said "We "heart" out disney Cruise".

 

She still wears her "micky ears" one to school even now.
