Question about Balcony Rooms

Hi all. I'm new here and am finding a ton of useful information. This will only be my second cruise and I have lots of questions. (since my first cruise was only 3 days long and a last minute escape-this is really all new to me)

Two questions right now-Does anyone know what the category 8g rooms on the Legend are like? That is currently where we are guarenteed (I'm part of a large group) or at least what I'm told. Are these regular balcony or big balcony and what level of the ship would they be one?

Also some of us would like to horseback ride on the beaches at one of our ports. We are doing the Southern Carribean cruise and are stopping at Barbados, St. Martin, and Martinque.

Hi, I do know that the 8g are extended balconys 60 sq.ft on the Veranda Deck 7. I am not sure about the horses though.
