Has anyone stayed at these properties in Seward?

Looking for some honest feedback regarding the following properties in Seward. DH and I will be doing land portion ourselves in 2008 and trying to find a good place to stay 1-2 nights. Thanks for your feedback or suggestions...

We just booked the Breeze Inn for this 6/8 & 6/9...talked to several places first..picked this one based on price. I figured we'll have Tampa to Anchorage jet lag anyway...so we'll probably be too tired to care :)

The main advantage of the Breeze Inn is that it is right across from the Seward small boat harbor from which all trips into Kenai Fjords National Park depart. All of the accommodations you list are decent.

Have stayed there several times and loved it. It is 1/2 way between the small boat harbor and the downtown. Each is a very very very easy and nice walk. It could not be more convenient.
