Univ. of Victoria Accommodations

I am planning a post-cruise trip to Victoria. I heard that the University there offers inexpensive lodging to travellers during the summer months. Has anyone done this? Any comments would be appreciated, as well as any suggestions for other "cheap sleeps". Thank you.

U Vic offers a wide range of rooms. If you want a self contained unit, check out Craig House. Here's the website for U Vic housing, you'll find the link to summer housing on the right about the 3rd item down. I've stayed at Craig House during a conference and it was just fine.
