Can someone please help me out? I've tried RCCL's FAQ page and I can't find what I'm looking for.

 

I'm trying to remember how much of a deposit/downpayment Royal asks for when booking a cruise. I'm thinking half, but I just can't remember. Does anyone know off hand? I know they require full payment 60 days before sailing, but I don't remember the deposit portion.

 

I need to be able to tell my family to have that money ready when we book in a couple months!

Depends on the length of your cruise........

 

7 night is $250pp

 

Longer cruises (9 night and up I think) is $450pp

yes, we paid $250 pp for our 7 night cruise.

I believe the deposit for 3 or 4 night cruises is only $100 per person. That is what it was last year when my DH & I went on Sovereign of the Seas for 4-night cruise.

Used to be, you could make just a $100 down on any cruise (at least I could). In recent months, the Royal web-site has been prepopulating the deposit field with the required amount (7 nights - $500).

may be less? for short cruises- and is farther out for holiday sailings-
