Is Hubbard Glacier a part of Wrangell St. Elias National Park?

I'll be sailing on the HAL Oosterdam visiting Hubbard glacier yet no mention is made of Wrangell St. Elias National Park in the cruise itinerary. Yet when I look on a map, it would appear that i'll see the largest US National Park.
