Monarch 2 dinning rooms or 1?

Recommended Posts

Two formal dining rooms, deck three and deck four Claude and Vincent

Both are great, and they serve the same meals....its a seating capacity thing.

WindJammer has two levels also, and a JADE section in the very front with a smaller, asian flare offering. The upstairs front is the JADE sushi (extra fee charged) area of the ship.

SO do you rotate dinning or are you just designated one dinning room or the other? WHich do you all prefer?

They are both exactly the same. They assign you a table in one or the other, and that is your table for the remainder of the cruise. There is no difference between the two, except the color.

I just cruised on the Monarch with a couple who used scooters. They were very insistent that we eat in Claude's (4th Deck DR) because the photo gallery is on the same deck as Vincent's (3rd Deck DR) and it was difficult to go through the crowds in the photo gallery with the scooters. Therefore, if you have someone who is mobility-challenged, you might want to request Claude's. Otherwise, as others have said, the 2 DRs are the same. :)
