Hair dryers on ships? GTC Rossia

Hi, we are going on the GTC Rossia to Russia in September. I have heard conflicting reports on whether or not hair dryers are available in each room. Once source said yes, another said there were a few available to check-out. Does anyone know the answer, and the quality of dryers? Also, has anyone been to the hotels in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kiev, Etstonia, etc, to if know hair dryers are available there? Don't want to pack a dryer if I don't need it, but I can't be without the dryer for more than a day!
