Dives at Stingray City, Grand Cayman

Has anyone actually gone diving at Stingray City, Grand Cayman while on a cruise? If so, how was it? Any dive operator suggestions? I was scheduled to go on my last cruise, but inclement weather forced the ship to skip the port.

Yes, I've done it.... I had the same problem in Dec. 06 of missing the dive excursion... But went to Grand Cayman in April 2007 and was finally able to do Stingray City.... Loved it. I did the dive via Princess excursion and it was with Resort Sports who operates out of Spanish Bay Resort. It was fun..... I loved the Stingrays and feeding them. Though when they tell you to be sure to "wash" your hands in the H20 after feeding, do it.... lol..... I wasn't prompt enough and brushed my right arm with squid smelling hands.... I ended with a good "hicky" from them.... lol..... My souvenir from the event..... But it's tons of fun.....

We dove at SC while staying at GC 2 years ago. We dove through Ocean Frontiers. They dock for the SC trip near Rum Point. They are a really professional dive shop. You could book through the internet in advance. They are located on the East End, so not too convenient for most cruisers.
