Ports of Napier and Dunedin New Zealand

Hi I am sailing on Celebrity Cruises Mercury 6th Jan 2008 from Auckland to Sydney and was wondering is there public transport from the port of napier to the city centre?

And if anyone know is there a public bus that goes to Larnach Castle. I know there is one from the port to the centre of Dunedin.

when you go to the city of dunedin, the shuttlle bus drops you right in town. There is a large tourist information centre there. I am sure they would run tours to the castle. it is a fair way so i am not sure if there would be a public every day type of bus
