Tell me about the Condado Plaza Hotel & Casino

Anyone stay there? What are your thoughts? How was the location? Would you stay there again? Thanks for your help.

I have read some great reviews and some not so great reviews. We wrote the manager...because I really wanted to stay there. He assured me in writing, that we would have a great stay in aug. so we booked. He even offered an upgrade. All I can say is...we read the reviews on tripadvisor...looked at the pics from candid travellers...and booked it.

The wonderful view is now my screen saver, so I have really high hopes and expectations. I will write a review after our trip in Aug. I do believe he will look after us...

This is one of my favorite hotels in PR! I like the pool, the little beach area, the location and the food options. Accomodations are average, but everything else is above average.
