NCL vs. Carnival for kids

have done camp carnival with the kids and they loved it. but looking at a norwegian cruise this time because of itinerary. was wondering if anyone out there has sailed both with their kiddos? and what's the differences and similarities? any preferences to one or the other? my kids will be 11,10,5, and 18 months.

My son was 4 last time we were on Norwegian but he had a great time and I was impressed with the kids club. Carnival was fine too. You'd have to ask the kids which they liked better. My son still says Disney but it was not my favorite.
